| 摘 要： | 目的:观察参芪扶正注射液治疗心肌梗死性低血压的临床疗效。方法:将50例急性心肌梗死性低血压患者随机分为2组。在常规治疗基础上,治疗组25例采用参芪扶正注射液及多巴胺联合静脉给药治疗;对照组25例仅给予多巴胺治疗。动态对比观察2组患者用药前后血压、血清N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的变化及多巴胺使用时间。结果:治疗组经参芪扶正注射液治疗后血压回升优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血清NT-proBNP水平亦明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组多巴胺使用时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液具有治疗心肌梗死性低血压的作用,其机制可能与纠正心功能有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shengqi Fuzheng Injection in treating hypotension induced by myocardial infarction.Methods:Fifty hypotension patients induced by acute myocardial infarction were equally randomized into two groups.Based on conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated with Shengqi Fuzheng Injection and dopamine,and the control group was treated with dopamine alone.Blood pressure and plasma concentrations of the N-terminal portion of brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) were investigated dynamically,and the medication time of dopamine in each group was also recorded.Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in upturning blood pressure,decreasing NT-proBNP level and shortening dopamine duration time(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Shengqi Fuzheng Injection has certain effect for hypotension,and its therapeutic mechanism is probably related with the improvement of heart function. |
