刺络拔罐法治疗特应性皮炎临床观察

目的：观察刺络拔罐法治疗特应性皮炎的临床疗效。方法：将86例患者随机分为2组各43例，治疗组采用梅花针叩刺并拔罐治疗，对照组予口服咪唑斯汀缓释片治疗，观察2组临床疗效及特应性皮炎评分标准（SCORAD）积分。结果：有效率治疗组为79．1％，对照组为48．8％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。2组治疗后SCORAD积分均明显下降，与治疗前比较，差异均有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）；治疗后2组SCORAD积分比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：刺络拔罐法治疗特应性皮炎能取得较好疗效。

Clinical Observation of Blood-letting Puncture and Cupping Therapy for Atopic Dermatitis

Objective:To observe the effect of blood-letting puncture and cupping for atopic dermatitis(AD).Methods:Eighty-six AD patients were randomly divided into two groups,43 in each group.The control group was treated with sustained-release mizolastine tablets,and the treatment group was treated with blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy.Clinical effect and the score of therapeutic criteria for AD(SCORAD)were observed.Results:The effective rate was 79.1% in the treatment group and was 48.8% in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05).The score of SCORAD in both groups was decreased after treatment(P < 0.01 as compared with that before treatment).The difference of SCORAD score between the two groups after treatment was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy has certain effect in treating AD.
