冠心病患者血清hs-CRP和血浆脂联素检测的临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨了冠心病患者血清hs-CRP和血浆脂联素水平的变化及意义。方法:应用免疫比浊法和ELISA对68例冠心病患者进行测定,其中稳定型心绞痛31例,不稳定型心绞痛30例,急性心肌梗死7例,进行了血清hs-CRP和血浆脂联素水平测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:冠心病患者在治疗前血清hs-CRP水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P〈0.01),而血清脂联素水平则显著地低于正常人组(P〈0.01),急性心肌梗死组和不稳定型心绞痛组又高于稳定型心绞痛组(P〈0.01)。经治疗后一个月血清hs-CRP与正常人比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)而脂联素水平与正常人比较仍有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:检测冠心病患者血清hs-CRP和血浆脂联素水平对冠心病的发生、发展以及疗效和预后均有重要的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the significance of determination of serum hs-CRP and plasma adiponectin levels after treatment in patients with coronary heart diseases.Methods Serum hs-CRP levels were determined with immuno-turbidity method and plasma adiponectin levels were determined with ELISA in 68 patients with coronary heart diseases(31 SAP,30 UAP,7AMI) and 35 controls.Results Before treatment,the serum levels of hs-CRP in patients with conornary heart diseases were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01),while the plasma adiponectin levels were significantly lower(P<0.01).Among the CHD patients,magnitude of the changes of the levels of hs-CRP and adiponectin in AMI and UAP groups was significantly large than that in SAP group(P<0.01).After treatment for one month,the serum levels of hs-CRP in the patients were not much different from those in the controls(P>0.05),but plasma adiponectin levels still remained significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of hs-CRP and adiponctin were closely related to the diseases process of CHD and were of great clinical importance.
