| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the quality and performance of Gold immunochromatography assay (GICA) strips for determination of specific antibody of Treponema Pallidum (TP). Methods 229 Serum samples were tested with GICA strips,RPR and TPPA reagent. The sensitivity, specificity and physical properties of the strips were assessed. Results GICA is equal to RPR and TPPA in detecting the different period of TP. |
