医院安全管理的“四从”理念

安全工作是医院的保底工程,是牵一发而动全身的根本工作.本文提出新“四从”理念,即从“根处”入手、从“显处”着眼,从“隐处”用心,从“难处”下力,探索做好安全工作的道路,摸索常抓教育管理,严格隐患排查,主动有效预防的措施办法,确保医院的安全稳定,促进医院各项建设的科学发展.

Ideas of Hospital Security Management

Security management is an important basic work for the hospital.In this paper,the author put forward the new concepts of hospital security management as focusing on the causes of the problem,the obvious work,the potential problem and the hard work.Thus we explored several measures such as to strengthen education management,to find out hidden troubles and prevent risks actively,to assure the safety of the hospital.
