龙胆泻肝丸薄层色谱鉴别方法的研究与改进

摘    要:
目的对2010年版《中国药典(一部)》龙胆泻肝丸薄层色谱鉴别方法进行研究与改进。方法采用薄层色谱法,甲醇提取样品,10%硫酸乙醇显色,365nm波长荧光检视,同时检测栀子、龙胆、地黄和甘草;采用薄层色谱法,甲醇提取样品,254nm波长荧光检视,同时测定柴胡、当归。结果方法简便快速,斑点完全分离、清晰。结论该方法适用于龙胆泻肝丸的快速鉴别。

Abstract:
Objective To research and improve the TLC identification method of Longdanxiegan Pills in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (edition 2010, Vol. I). Methods The TLC method was adopted with methonal extraction, 10% ethanol sulfate for coloration and the fluorescence detection at 365 nm. Gardenia,radix gentianae,rehmannia root and glycyrrhiza were simultaneously detected. The TLC method was adopted with methonal extraction and the fluorescence detection at 254 nm. Radix bupleuri and angelica sinensis were simul- taneously detected. Results The method was simple and rapid, the spots are completely separated and clear. Conclusion This method is suitable for the raoid identification of Lonzdanxiezam Pills.
