摘    要:目的探讨明胶空心胶囊中铬的快速检测方法。方法采用微波两步消解一石墨炉原子吸收光谱法快速测定胶囊中的铬。结果该方法线性关系良好,r=0.9994,检出限为0.47ng/mL,平均回收率为97.6%。结论该方法测定空心胶囊中铬的含量快速、灵敏、准确、重现性好,可实现明胶空心胶囊中铬的快速检测。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the fast detection method of chromium in the gelatin hollow capsules. Methods The microwave two steps digestion- graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to rapidly determine the chromium content in the cap- sules. Results This method had a good linear relation with r =0. 999 4. The detection limit was 0. 47 ng/mL. The average recovery rate was 97.6%. Conclusion This method is fast, sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility and provids the rapid detection method of the chromium content in the capsules.
