99Tcm-MDP显像对羟基磷灰石义眼台血管化的评估

摘    要:目的探讨一种监测羟基磷灰(Hydroxyapalite,HA)义眼台植入术后血管化过程的简单方法。方法10只新西兰大白兔,右眼实施HA义眼台眼眶植入术。术后第1、2、3、4、6、8周行^99Tc^m-亚甲基二膦酸盐(MDP)显像。在双侧兔眼眶内取相同大小的感兴趣区,分别计算不同时期每只手术兔HA义眼台植入侧与非植入侧眼眶内平均放射性计数比值(R/L)。术后第8周摘取HA义眼台行病理组织学检查。结果术后第1、2、3、4周的R/L平均值依次增大,且各周均数间差异有显著性(F=74.91,P=0.000)。术后第6和8周的R/L平均值与术后第4周比较,差异均无显著性(F=2.054、3.126,P=0.243、0.511)。术后第8周病理检查示全部HA义眼台完全纤维血管化。结论^99Tc^m-MDP显像可用于监测HA义眼台眼眶内植入后的血管化程度和过程。

Abstract:Objective To find a simple and effective way to investigate the vascularization process in hydroxyapatite (HA) orbital implants. Methods Ten New Zealand white rabbits received HA orbital implants. 99 Tc m methylene diphosphonic acid (MDP) images were evaluated quantitatively and qualitatively weekly. Intraorbital radioactivity was measured by placing a circular region of interest within the normal orbit and the implant, respectively. The ratio of radioactivity between the implanted and the nonimplanted orbit (R/L) was calculated. The orbits were harvested after 8 weeks and examined histopathologically. Results The average R/L ratios of the HA orbital implants added up weekly during the first 4 weeks after implantation( F =74.91, P =0.000), while the average R/L ratios of week 6 and week 8 were not higher than that of week 4 ( F =2.054, 3.126, P =0.243, 0 511). All the HA orbital implants completed the vascularization process at week 8. Conclusion 99 Tc m MDP imaging is a sensitive modality for assessing the process of vascularization in ocular HA implants, and for discerning the complete vascularization process.
