| 摘 要： | 目的研究蒙药消肿散涂膜剂的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用大鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀和甲醛性足肿胀模型观察抗炎作用，用小鼠温浴法观察镇痛作用。结果消肿散涂膜剂与原剂型对角叉菜胶和甲醛引起的大鼠炎性水肿均有明显的抑制作用（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），且明显提高小鼠温水浴痛阈值（P〈0．05）。涂膜剂较原剂型生效快、作用更显著（P〈0．05）。结论消肿散涂膜剂是一种具有高效抗炎镇痛作用的蒙药外用新制剂。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the analgesia and anti-inflammatory effects of XIAOZHONGSAN paint. Methods The anti-inflammatory effects were evaluated with the rat's toe swelling test caused by carrageenin and formaldehyde, and the analgesia effect was detected by determining the reaction time of the mouse tail in warm water.
