| 摘 要： | 目的研究黑刺菝葜茎的化学成分,为充分利用黑刺菝葜药用植物资源鉴定基础。方法利用大孔树脂、硅胶和Sephadex LH-20等色谱分离手段进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和光谱分析鉴定结构。结果从黑刺菝葜茎乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取物分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别为反式白藜芦醇(1)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、拉克索皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→6)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、拉克索皂苷元-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→4)]α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→6)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)。结论化合物1～3首次从本植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To isolate and elucidate the chemical constituents from the stem of Smilax scobinicaulis C.H.Wright.METHODS Column chromatography csilica gel,macroporous resin,and sephadex LH20 were used to isolate the constituents.Their structures were elucidated by physical and spectral data.RESULT Five compounds are isolated and their structures were identified as trans-resveratrol(1),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),laxogenin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosy1-(1→6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),laxogenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyrnosyl-(1→4)-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(5).CONCLUSION Compound 1～3 are isolated from this plant for the first time. |
