颅脑损伤合并多发伤的急诊救治

根据临床资料分析了颅脑损伤合并多发伤178例。对颅脑损伤合并多发伤的伤情特点、早期急诊抢救程序及致命伤救治原则进行了讨论,并提出了有助于急诊救治的“五、四、三、三、二”要点：即五项生命指标（神志、瞳孔、血压、脉搏、呼吸）;四大部位（颅脑、胸、腹、骨）伤情;三项急救措施;三种颅脑损伤合并多发伤类型的救治;二种损伤可能互相掩盖伤情的情况。

Emergency Treatment of Craniocerebral Injury with Multiple Injuries

One hundred and seventy-eight cases of craniocerebral injury complicated by multiple injuries were clinically analyzed . According to the analyses of clinical data, the injury characteristics, the early procedure of emergency treatment and the principles of treatment for craniocerebral injury with multiple injures were discussed . It is suggested that the main points of "five ,four, three, three and two " should be helpful to emergency treatment, which consist of five vital signs (consciousness , pupil, blood pressure, pulse and breath), injuries of four major parts of body (brain, cheat, abdomen and bones), three emergency measures , the treatment of three kinds of craniocerebral injury with multiple injuries and possibility of two injuries masking each other .
