糖尿病控制中健康教育作用的研究

目的研究健康教育及不同教育模式对323例糖尿病血糖控制的影响。方法分别比较了小组教育组(A组)、小组加个体化教育组(B组)和非教育组(C组)患者在本研究起止时的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(GHb)和教育问卷得分。结果A、B两组在教育3个月后血糖控制和疾病认识明显好于C组,且B组健康教育效果优于A组。患者的年龄、文化程度、糖尿病类型对健康教育效果和血糖控制有显著影响。结论在糖尿病患者进行临床治疗的同时结合适宜的健康教育模式更有助于患者糖尿病控制。

Study of the effects of health care education on diabetes control

Objective The effects of health care education and different education modes on diabetes control were evaluated in 323 diabetic patients.Method The plasma glucose levels (including fasting and 2 h postprandial),haemoglobin A1c blood tests , as well as scores from education questionnaire were compared before and after the study in three groups,A(group education), B(group and individual education) and C(non education).Result The results indicated that 3 months after diabetes education,patients' knowledge about the disease and glycemic control were significantly improved in group A and B than in group C,and the efficiency of group B were higher than group A. Age, culture background , as well as types of diabetes played significant roles in the effectiveness of the health care education and glycemic control.Conclusion A suitable mode of health care education for diabetes with an appropriate clinical treatment is helpful to glycemic control.
