| 摘 要： | 目的:观察通过调曲为主的整脊法治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:应用四维牵引调腰曲并辅助正脊骨和练功的疗法,按照椎曲改变类型辨证施治。结果:总有效率98.9%,临床治愈率83.3%,缓解率13.3%,显效率2.2%,无效率1.1%,椎曲改善率为81.0%,3个月随访健康状况优良率为98.8%,症状体征康复优良率为96.4%。结论:调曲整脊法是以调整腰椎曲度为主要目标。椎曲恢复和稳定与功能锻炼呈正相关。从随访的病例中得知,能否坚持功能锻炼是巩固疗效的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Chinese orthopedic spinal therapy based on adjusting spinal curvature on lumbar stenos.Methods: According to the changes of spinal curvatures,we adopted the differential treatments of the four direction spinal pulling methods with spinal setting and exercise training.Results: The total efficiency rate was 98.9%,including clinical cure rate 83.3%,response rate 13.3%,markedly effective rate 2.2% and inefficiency rate 1.1%.The improvement rate of spinal curvature was 81.0%.The excellent and good rate of health status evaluation was 98.8% in 3 months follow-up.The excellent rate of symptoms and signs was 96.4%.Conclusion: Lumbar curvature adjusting maneuver is the principal objective of Chinese spinal therapy.The exercise practicing has a positive correlation with spinalcurvature recovery and stability.It is the key point of continue spinal exercise practicing to maintain the good result. |
