植骨钛板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效观察

目的 观察切开复位取自体髂骨植骨钛板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效.方法 对我科收治的累及距下关节的跟骨骨折手术患者28例31足进行随访分析.按Sanders分型,Ⅱ型11足,Ⅲ型15足,Ⅳ型5足.均采用切开复位,钛板螺钉内固定.结果 28例31足均获得12～20个月随访,平均随访14个月,骨折全部愈合.根据Maryland足部评分标准,优15足,良13足,可3足,优良率90.3％.结论 跟骨关节内骨折切开复位取自体髂骨植骨钛板内固定有优良的临床效果,值得推广.

Bone graft and titanium plate internal fixation for treating calcaneum intraarticular fracture

Objective To analyze the effects of autogenous iliac bone grafts by open reduction and titanium plate internal fixation for treating calcaneal fractures.Methods 28 patients with calcaneal fractures involving subtalar joint in 31 feet in our department were followed up and analyzed.According to Sanders classification,Ⅱ type was in 11 feet,type Ⅲ in 15 feet and type Ⅳ in 5 feet.All cases were performed open reduction with titanium plate internal fixation.Results 31 feet in 28 cases all were followed up for 12-20 months,the mean follow-up of 14 months.All fractures were healed.According to the Maryland foot scoring criteria,15 feet were excellent,13 feet were good,3 feet were general,the excellent and good rate was 90.3%.Conclusion Treating intraarticular calcaneal fractures with autologous iliac bone graft by open reduction and titanium plate internal fixation has better clinical effect,which is worth popularizing.
