| 摘 要： | 整合素是普遍存在于细胞表面的跨膜糖蛋白 ,其主要功能是粘附和信号传递。整合素参与受精过程 ,部分整合素在子宫内膜的表达有明显的周期性变化 ,与“着床窗”的开放相吻合 ;胚胎着床后 ,滋养层细胞能及时调整整合素的表达。整合素还参与胚胎的生长发育、胎盘的形成 ;整合素在生殖生理过程中发挥重要作用。

The Research Progress on the Role of Integrins in Reproductive Physiology |

| Abstract: | Integrins, present essentially on the surface of cells, are transmembrane glycoproteins that function as cell adhesion and transduction of signals. Integrins participate in fertilization, some of integrins have spatial and temporal changes of expression in the cycling endometrium, corresponding to "implantation window". Subsequent to implantation, the expression of integrins could be timely modulated by trophoblast. Furthermore, they are also involved in the process of embryonic development and placetation. In summary, integrins play a critical physiological role in reproductive system. |
