综合护理干预对长期住院精神分裂症病人康复效果的影响

[目的]探讨综合护理干预方案对长期住院精神分裂症病人康复效果的影响。[方法]将符合纳入标准同时不符合排除标准的100例精神分裂症病人随机分为观察组和对照组,在精神科药物剂量不变的情况下,对照组结合简单娱乐活动及常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上施行综合性护理干预。干预前后分别采用护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)、自尊量表(SES)进行测试,并以NOSIE第32项得分高低来评估干预疗效。[结果]基于NOSIE的测评,观察组干预后在社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁、激惹、精神病性表现及抑郁情绪方面改善均优于对照组,而对于衰退症状,观察组和对照组干预前后未见明显差异,观察组干预的有效率为78%,而对照组的有效率为46%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后SES评分明显高于对照组。[结论]综合护理干预能提高临床疗效,减少激惹、抑郁等消极情绪,改善长期住院精神分裂症病人的认知功能,提高病人自尊心,改善其社会功能和生活质量。

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on rehabilitation effect of long-term hospitalization of patients with schizophrenia

Objective：To probe into influence of comprehensive nursing intervention program on rehabilitation effect of long-term hospitalization of patients with schizophrenia.A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia who met inclusion criteria and didn＇t meet exclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,on the basis of same doses of psychotropic drugs,control group patients received combination of simple recreational activities and routine care measures,besides that,comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out for observation group.The inpatients observation scale used by nurses（NOSIE） and self-esteem scale（SES） were used for test of all patients before and after the intervention,and No.32 NOSIE score was taken to assess the level of intervention efficacy.Results：In NOSIE assessments,the social competence,social interest,personal cleanliness,irritability,psychotic performance and depression emotion of observation group were improved significantly than that of control group after intervention,and there was no significant difference in recession symptoms between observation group and control group before and after intervention.The total effective rate of intervention group was 78%,while that of control group was 46%.There was statistically significant difference between them（P0.05）.SES score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group after intervention.Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve clinical efficacy,reduce negative emotions such as irritability and depression,improve patients＇ self-esteem and their social function and quality of life.
