超选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗严重医源性肾出血临床研究

目的：评估超选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗严重医源性肾出血的可行性及有效性。方法：2007-02-2011-0911例严重医源性肾出血患者,所有患者的介入栓塞手术均为急诊手术或急诊情况下进行的手术。通过超选择肾动脉造影,明确出血部位,应用明胶海绵、PVA颗粒,弹簧钢圈、Glubran胶进行栓塞治疗。记录出血情况、栓塞结果、治疗成功率及并发症。结果：10例（90.9%）患者成功栓塞手术,术后出血症状得到控制,无严重手术相关并发症发生,术后随访无再次出血症状出现。结论：超选择性肾动脉栓塞术是治疗严重医源性肾出血的安全有效方法。

The clinical research of superselective renal artery embolization in treatment of severe iatrogenic renal hemorrhage

Objective：To evaluate the clinical feasibility and efficacy of superselective transarterial embolization for treating iatrogenic renal emorrhagehemorrhage（IRH）.Method：Between Feb 2007 and Sep 2011 eleven patients with severe iatrogenic renal emorrhagehemorrhage were taken to research.All these patients required emergency embolization procedure or procedure in emergency situation.Those patients undergone digital subtraction angiography identified the criminal artery,and then gel-foam,coils,PVA,and glubran were used to embolized the renal artery.The type of bleeding lesions,and the result of the embolization procedure were recorded.The technical and medical success,and technical and medical complications of the procedure were noted.Result：10 of 11 patients（90.9%） were embolized successful.After procedure all bleeding were effectively controlled without severe complication.In the follow-up no patient got rebleeding.Conclusion：Superselective renal artery embolization was a safe and effective therapy for severe iatrogenic renal hemorrhage.
