| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(MPCNL)的手术配合技巧.方法:回顾性总结我院自2003年11月至2007年1月对48例MPCNL术的手术配合体会.结果:48例手术均获成功,手术时间40～120min ,术中结石清除率85%,未发生由于器械故障或术中护理不良,导致手术时间延长、改变术式或护理相关并发症的发生.结论:术前充分的物品准备,并得到病人的最佳配合;术中熟练的配合技巧;术后注重器械的处理及保养工作,是手术得以顺利进行的重要保证. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the cooperative operation skill experience on minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL).Method: Data of 48 cases with MPCNL from November 2003 to January 2007 were reviewed.Result: All operations and nursing cooperation were successful,those operations took 20 to 120 minutes to finish.Lithic remove rate was 85%.There were no case prolonged,changed the operation programme or occoured complications for instrucment's trouble or bad nursing.Conclusion: Fully preoperative instruments preparation,the best cooperation from patients,skillful operative cooperation and paying attention to instrument maintainance are nursing keys to ensure the success of operation. |
