豁痰祛瘀颗粒对糖尿病大鼠耳蜗形态学干预效应研究

摘    要:
目的:观察豁痰祛瘀颗粒对链脲佐菌素致糖尿病大鼠糖代谢及对糖尿病大鼠早期耳蜗病理组织学的作用.方法:按55 mg·kg-1剂量一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素,造成糖尿病大鼠模型,以豁痰祛瘀颗粒治疗,并用都可喜为阳性对照组,观察各组大鼠的血糖、耳蜗病理组织学及超微结构的改变情况.结果:豁痰祛瘀颗粒能降低糖尿病大鼠升高的血糖,减轻糖尿病大鼠早期耳蜗基底膜、血管纹增厚程度,使稀疏的螺旋神经节细胞变致密.结论:豁痰祛瘀颗粒对糖尿病性大鼠模型具有较好的降糖作用,并通过改善受损的耳蜗组织病理学改变,达到治疗的目的.豁痰祛瘀颗粒改善耳蜗微血管病变可能是其改善听力下降的病理学基础.[关健词]豁痰祛瘀颗粒;糖尿病;血糖;耳蜗;病理组织学

Abstract:
Objective : To study the effectiveness of the granules of eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis (GEPRB) on glucose metabolism for diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin and that on early diabetic rats cochlear histopathology. Method : Intraperitoneally inject streptozotocin disposable of dose of 55 mg·kg-1,so that a model of diabetic rats is created, and treated by, and simultaneously treated by Duxil as matched groups for positive, then observe the blood glucose of each group, the histopathology of cochlear, and any circumstantial change of their microstructures. Result : GEPRB can reduce the cumulating thickness of the basilar membrane and that of the vascular pattern, so as to tighten up the sparsity of the spiral ganglion cells. Conclusion : GEPRB is rather effective on hypoglycemic for the diabetic rat model, and therapeutic goal can be achieved by improving the pathological changes of the cochlea damaged. The improvement by GEPRB for microangiopathic change of the cochlea capillary is probably the pathological basis of relieving hearing loss.
