高密度脂蛋白胆固醇直接测定法结果的临床探讨

目的 探讨国产高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）直接测定法在临床上应用的可行性。方法 将国产的直接测定法与硫酸葡聚糖镁（DS—mg^2＋）沉淀法进行比较分析，观察其精密度、线性范围、准确度及部分干扰因素。结果 直接测定法的CV略小于DS—mg^2＋法，与DS-mg^2＋的相关性良好，r=0．78x＋0．31，r=0．94，HDL—C含量在2．30mmol／L时线性良好；黄疸、溶血对直接测定法有一定的影响，对非HDL—C脂蛋白的遮蔽能力优于DS—mg^2＋法。结论 国产的HDL—C直接测定法试剂，各项方法学指标不差于DS-mg^2＋法，且快速简便适于自动化分析仪。
