人工麝香缓释片的制备工艺研究

摘    要:
目的探讨人工麝香缓释片的制备工艺。方法以人工麝香为模型药物,乙基纤维素为主要骨架缓释材料,采用传统溶剂法和改良溶剂法制备固体分散体后压片,测定其体外释放度。结果X-射线实验表明药物以非晶态存在,体外释放度结果表明,改良溶剂法优于传统溶剂法。结论用改良溶剂法制备人工麝香缓释片。

Abstract:
Objective To prepare sustained-release tablets of muschus. Methods The EC sustained-release tablets of muschus were made by an improved solvent method and a traditional solvent method. The dissolution was observed. Results The X-ray powder diffraction analysis conformed that muschus exited as an amorphous state. Their degrees of dissolution in vitro confirmed that the improved solvent method was better than the traditional solvent method. Conclusion Sustained-release tablets of muschus can be made by an improved solvent.
