高效液相色谱法测定细辛及其制剂中马兜铃酸A的含量

目的:测定细辛药材及感特灵胶囊中肾毒性成分马兜铃酸A的含量.方法:建立高效液相色谱方法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-1%HAC(39:61,v/v)为流动相;检测波长为390nm;流速为1.0mL·min-1;柱温为室温.分别测定3种细辛样品以及成品制剂感特灵胶囊中马兜铃酸A的含量.结果:高效液相色谱法的平均回收率为101.24%,RSD%为0.27%;结论:细辛药材的根部含马兜铃酸A极少,感特灵胶囊中细辛含量远低于检测限.

Determination of Aristolochic Acid A in Manchurian Wildginger and Its Praeparatums by HPLC

Objective: To investigate the content of renal toxic aristolochic acid A in Manchurian Wildginger by a method of HPLC. Methods: The chromatographic separations were achieved using a C₁₈ column with the mobile phase as acetonitrile-1% HOAc (39:61, v/v), flow rate at 1.0mL·min^-1, detection wavelength at 290 nm, and the column temperature at ambient temperature. Aristolochic acid A in four kinds of Manchurian Wildginger and their product praeparatum was analyzed. Results : The average recovery was 101.24%. RSD was 0.27%. Conclusion: There was little aristolochic acid A in the root of Manchurian Wildginger, and the content of Manchurian Wildginger in Gan-Te-Ling capsules was much lower than the limit of quantitation.
