麻醉前应用盐酸戊乙奎醚对心率、血压和腺体分泌抑制的影响

摘    要:
目的 观察临床上盐酸戊乙奎醚(长托宁)抑制腺体(口腔唾液腺、气道腺体)分泌作用及对心率和血压的影响。方法 全身麻醉下行择期手术的病人40例,随机分为两组:A组给予肌肉注射阿托品0.5 mg;B组给予肌肉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液1 mg。每隔5 min记录一次心率、收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压及SpO2。在肌肉注射研究药物后30 min、病人入手术室时和给药30 min后用视觉模拟评分方法(VAS)测定口干程度并记录。结果 给药30 min后A组心率比B组明显增快(P<0.05)。两组病人在给药30 min后较给药前均有轻度口干, VAS评分有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组间血压、VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 盐酸戊乙奎醚术前使用可有效抑制腺体分泌,作用较阿托品显著,且血流动力学稳定,是较理想的麻醉前用药。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate influence and degree of Penehyclidine Hydrochioride on heart rate ,blood pressure and Thirstiness.Methods Randomized study,40 adult patients were assigned to two groups. Atropine group(A group),Atropine 0.5 mg im was given before introduction of Anesthesia; Penehyclidine Hydrochioride group(B group),received Penehyclidine Hydrochioride 1.0mg im.The heart rate and blood pressure were recorded,Thirstiness were evaluated by VAS.Results Atropine increased heart rate significantly,compare to baseline, Penehyclidine Hydrochioride had significant stability on HR,compare to atropine(P< 0.05 ).There are no significant differences in thirstiness and blood pressure between two groups(P> 0.05 ).Conclusion Penehyclidine Hydrochioride, a new anticholinergic drug has a significant stability on HR.It is a better choice of premedication for patients.
