锝~(99)-亚甲基二磷酸盐注射液治疗强直性脊柱炎(附43例临床观察)

目的观察锝99-亚甲基二磷酸盐注射液治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效与安全性。方法将86例强直性脊柱炎患者按1∶1随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组给予锝99-亚甲基二磷酸盐注射液静点,第1疗程:生理盐水250 mL+锝99-亚甲基二磷酸盐100 mg,1次/d,静点;第2~4疗程:生理盐水100 mL+锝99-亚甲基二磷酸盐5.0 mg,1次/d,静点,每1疗程均为10 d,疗程间隔3周。对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶500 mg,3次/d,口服,甲氨喋呤7.5 mg,每周1次,肌注。结果(1)疗效:第2疗程结束时,治疗组:总有效率76.7%;对照组:总有效率51.2%。第4疗程结束时,治疗组:总有效率97.7%;对照组:总有效率69.8%。统计学处理,采用χ2检验,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)副反应:治疗组:在第4疗程结束时,无明显副反应发生。对照组有8例出现明显副反应,退出治疗。结论锝99-亚甲基二磷酸盐治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效确切,且无明显副反应。

Clinical Observation on Ankylosing Spondylitis Treated with Injection of Tc99 Ethylenebisphophonate

Objective To observe the safety and curative effect on treatment of AS with Tc99 MB. Methods 86 cases of AS patient were divided into therapy group and control group. Therapy group was treated with TcMB 100mg in first course and 5mg in 2 - 4 courses for 30 days. The control group was treated with sulfasalazine 500mg. Results The total effective rate was 76.7% in therapy group and 51.2% in control group after second course. The total effective rate was 97.7% in therapy group and 69.8% in control group after fourth course with P 〈 0.05. There was no side effect in therapy group and 8 cases in control group. Conclusion This drug might treate AS effectively and without side effect.
