| 摘 要： | 目的:评价DHS、PFNA在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的疗效。方法:39例股骨粗隆间骨折患者中,19例使用DHS固定,20例使用PFNA固定,从手术时间、出血量、术后引流量、住院天数、愈合时间、髋关节功能等方面比较分析。结果:PFNA组在手术时间、出血量、术后引流量、住院天数与DHS组比较的差异有统计学意义(P0.05);在愈合时间、Parker髋关节功能评分组间比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:PF-NA是目前治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想内固定物之一。

The Therapeutic Assessment of Proximal Femoral Nail Antirotation and Dynamic hip screw Operation on the Intertrochanteric Fracture of the Femur |

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess PFNA and DHS operation on the intertrochanteric fracture of the femur.Methods:39 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur,19 patients was treated with DHS operation,while 20 cases with PFNA,then we compared clinical therapy on the following aspects:median operation time,blood loss,drainage volume,length of stay,healing time,function of hip joint.Results:The operation time,the blood loss,the drainage volume and the length of stay in PFNA operation is less than DHS operation,there is no obvious difference in the healing time and the hip functional evaluation.Conclusion:The PFNA is one of the ideal methods which can be applied to treat the intertrochanteric fracture of the femur. |
