重睑受术者的心理护理效果分析

目的探讨有针对性的心理护理对重睑手术者心理健康的影响。方法将62侧重睑受术者随机分为对照组与心理护理组,对心理护理组受术者术前进行心理评估,确认不同的心理类型,对不同的心理类型给予针对性的心理护理。采用SCL-90量表分别在手术前及术后8周进行问卷调查。结果重睑受术者术前SCL-90各因子得分高于国内健康人群常模（P〈0．05）;心理护理组术后8周SCL-90多因子得分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论重睑受术者存在心理问题,有针对性的心理护理能有效促进受术者的身心健康,使受术者对重睑术有正确的评价,提高对手术的满意度。

Analysis of Psychological Nursing Effects for the Patients Receiving Double-eyelid Operation

Objective To discuss the influence of pointed psychological nursing to the mental health of the patients receiving double-eyelid operation. Method 62 patients are divided into two groups randomly, one is psychological nursing group, the other is comparison group. Psychological evaluation has been used to the patients in the psychological nursing group to classify different psychological types, and then the pointed psychological nursing has been taken to them. The SCL-90 has been used to the investigation before operation and 8 weeks after operation, respectively. Results The pre-operation patients＇ SCL-90 factors scores are higher than the norm of national healthy people （P〈0.05） ; the post-operation patients＇ SCL-90 factors scores of the psychological nursing group are lower than that of the comparison group, and there are obvious differences between them （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are psychological problems for double-eyelid patients. The pointed psychological nursing measures are help for patients＇ physical and mental healthy remarkably, for the correct evaluation for the double-eyelid operation, and for the satisfactory grade for the operation.
