| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨数字化乳腺摄影规范的操作方法,以优化乳腺图像质量,从而提高乳腺病变的检出率和诊断的正确率.方法:回顾性分析4 000例患者的数字化乳腺摄影的图像,对每一个摄影位置的摆位方法进行主观评价,对相应图像质量进行分级,进行相关性总结分析.结果:15 420幅所摄图像中,规范操作获得的Ⅰ级片15 012幅,占97.35％；因患者配合问题、不规范操作、设备引起的图像质量下降等问题导致的Ⅱ级片达376幅,占2.44％:需重新拍摄有32次,占0.21％.结论:在全数字化乳腺摄影中,高质量乳腺片的获得需规范的摄影投照方法、定期的设备质量图像校正. |
