重症天疱疮21例治疗分析

目的：提高对重症天疱疮的治疗水平。方法：总结了21例重症天疱疮患者的治疗。结果：除7例首剂量选择泼尼松80mg/d可控制病情外，其他控制不佳的患者还需应用皮质类固醇冲击治疗，同大量口服皮质类固醇相比，可缩短病程，减少皮质类固醇的使用剂量。免疫抑制剂、静脉内免疫球蛋白滴注等的联合应用也收到了较好的效果。结论：重症天疱疮除常规剂量皮质炎固醇治疗外，常需与其他疗法联合应用。

Analysis of Treatment of severe pemphigus in 21 cases

Objective:To improve therapeutic outcome of severe pemphigus.Methods:Therapeutic experience of21patients with severe pemphigus were summarized.Results:Seven severe patients responded to the standard conventional thera py with high dose(80mg/d)of prednisone.Methylprednisolone pulse therapy,immunosuppressive therapy or IVIg(intravenous im munoglobu-lin)therapy were given to other patients who were unresponsive to the standard therapy,which resulted in the im provement of dis ease control and decrease of daily dose of corticosteroids.Conclusions:In the treatment of severe pemphigus,besides rou-tine dose of corticosteroids,the pulse therapy,immunosuppressive therapy and IVIg therapy are often needed.
