宫腔镜治疗异常子宫出血的临床研究

目的探讨宫腔镜在治疗异常子宫出血的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院自2009年2月至2010年11月的48例异常子宫出血患者经宫腔镜电切术的临床疗效,观察统计各类型异常子宫出血患者的手术相关观察指标及术后治疗有效率。结果 48例异常子宫出血患者治疗有效的有43例,治疗有效率达到87.5%,平均手术时间为22.3min,术中出血量为39.5mL。结论宫腔镜电切术治疗各类型异常子宫出血患者均疗效显著,宫腔镜对临床治疗异常子宫出血起到重要作用。

The Clinical Research of Hysteroscopic Treatment to Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of the hysteroscopy used in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A retrospective analysis the clinical efficacy of 48 examples of the uterus is abnormal bleeding patients chosen in our hospital from February 2009 to November 2010 with hysteroscopic electrosurgery,each type of abnormal uterine bleeding patients were observed with statistical indicators and postoperative treatmentrelated observation of the patient’s surgical efficiency.Results The effective treatment of 48 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding were 43 cases,the treatment efficiency was 87.5%,the average operation time was 22.3min,intraoperative blood loss was 39.5ml.Conclusion Hysteroscopic resection of various types of abnormal uterine bleeding patients had a significant effect,hysteroscopy plays an important role in the clinical treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.
