微创内镜保胆手术56例临床研究

目的通过对56例微创内镜保胆手术临床效果研究,从而探寻一种合理、有效的手术方案。方法选取56例实施微创内镜保胆手术患者作为试验组且选取以往给予传统开腹进行胆囊摘除手术的39例患者进行对照研究、视为对照组,同时对两种手术方法治疗效果和所有患者生存质量进行随访,然后将所得数据进行统计学处理与分析。结果两组患者手术治疗效果分级相比(P>0.05),而试验组患者生存质量随访结果除了认知能力、社会支持外,其他项目分别相比(P<0.05)。结论微创内镜保胆手术效果显著,能够明显促进患者康复、改善患者生存质量。

Clinical Research of Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Paul Gall Bladder Surgery in 56 Cases

Objective To analyze 56 cases of minimally invasive endoscopic surgery of the effect of bile insurance to explore a reasonable and effective surgical program.Methods 56 cases of implementation of minimally invasive endoscopic surgery in patients with bile insurance and selected as a test group for the past,given the traditional open gallbladder removal surgery were compared in 39 patients studied,as a control group,while the two surgical methods of treatment and quality of life of all patients were followed up,and then the data for statistical processing and analysis.Results The classification of two groups of patients compared to surgical treatment P>0.05,while the experimental group the quality of life of patients with follow-up results in addition to cognitive abilities,social support,compared to other projects were P<0.05.Conclusion Minimally invasive endoscopic surgery results are obvious security lamps can significantly promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve patient quality of life.
