比索洛尔对慢性心力衰竭治疗的临床研究

目的评价比索洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效和安全性。方法将68例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，各34例。两组常规给予洋地黄、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等治疗，治疗组加用β受体阻滞剂比索洛尔，观察临床疗效、心率及超声心动图参数的变化。结果对照组显效率44％，有效率35％；治疗组，显效率64％，有效率35％。对照组及治疗组随访6～8个月后比较心率、左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左室射血分数（LVEF）以及反映心室舒张功能的E／A值，各项指标的改善具有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论慢性充血性心力衰竭患者，加用比索洛尔治疗较常规治疗能更显著地改善心功能，且安全性较高。

Study of bisoprolol on chronic heart failure

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of chronic congestive heart failure （CHF） treatment with bisoprolol. Methods 68 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with β-blocker, bisoprolol. The clinical efficacy, heart rate and echocardiographic parameters were observed. Results There were 44% of the patients was effective and efficient 35% in the control group. There were 64% of the patients was effective and efficiency 35 % in treatment group. After the followedup of 6-8 months, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVEDD）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and E/ A value of the two groups were different （P〈0 05）. Conclusion It is effective to treat congestive heart failure with bisoprolol.
