腰椎Modic改变与下腰痛关系的研究进展

下腰痛是临床常见影响中老年人生活质量的症状,许多骨科疾病可以引起下腰痛。目前其发病机制尚未完全阐明。腰椎Modic改变是指在腰椎磁共振成像上终板以及终板下组织信号的改变。大量研究表明Modic改变与下腰痛关系密切,腰椎Modic改变在下腰痛患者中发生率明显高于正常人。通过对腰椎Modic改变的研究可使下腰痛的诊断更加精确,对下一步的治疗提供理论依据。

Research Progress in the Correlation between Modic Change and Low Back Pain

Low back pain which seriously harms the quality of life of the elderly is a common clinical symptom and many orthopedic diseases can cause low back pain.The etiology is not thoroughly clear yet.The lumbar Modic change refers to the signal changes of endplate and the vertebral body marrow adjacent to the endplates in the lumbar spine MRI.A number of studies indicated that Modic change is closely related with low back pain.The incidence of Modic change is significantly higher in patients with low back pain than the normal population.Study on Modic change will make the diagnosis of patients with low back pain more precise and provide a theoretical basis to the next stage treatment.
