不同采收期赶黄草中总黄酮的含量测定

目的：比较不同产区不同采收期的赶黄草总黄酮的含量以及商品赶黄草叶和全草中总黄酮的含量。方法：采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁作为对照,在510nm处测定总黄酮的含量。结果：商品赶黄草叶的总黄酮含量明显高于全草中总黄酮的含量,四个采收期的赶黄草总黄酮的含量从高到低为：果期〉花前期〉花期〉花蕾期。结论：建议赶黄草适宜采收期为果期,商品药材中应重视叶的比例。

DETERMINATION OF TOTAL FLAVONES OF PENTHORUM AT DIFFERENT HARVSET TIME

Objective：To compare the content of total flavones of Penthorum in different areas,at different harvest time,and of the leaf and whole plant.Methods：By UV spectrophotometry,the content of total flavones was determinated at 510nm.Results：The content of total flavones in the commodity Penthorum leaves was much higher than the whole plant;the content of total flavones at four different harvest times was：fruit periodpre-flower periodpflower periodbud period.Conclusion：The reasonable harvest time of Penthorum is at the fruit period,and the proportion of leaves in commodity Penthorum should be high.
