脉冲多普勒评价冠状动脉搭桥术对冠心病患者左心室充盈功能的影响

本文应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图,测取二尖瓣口舒张期血流频谱的E/A比值为参数,对53例行冠状动脉搭桥术的冠心病患者术前及术后的左心室充盈功能进行评价。所有参数以国际通用统计软件SPSS作配对检验。结果表明,冠脉搭桥术可以使左室充盈功能得到明显地改善。进一步的分析还提示:年龄在60岁以下,术前左室射血分数(LVEF)>50％,无心肌梗塞史、无高血压病、无高血脂等伴发症,无吸烟嗜好的冠心病患者,其术后左室充盈功能的改善更为显著。

PULSED DOPPLER ASSESSMENT OF LEFT VENTRICULAR DIASTOLIC FILLING IN PATIENTS WITH ORONARY ARTERY DISEASE BEFORE AND AFTER AORTOCORONARY BYPASS SURGERY

Fifty-three patients with coronary artery disease who underwent aortocoronary bypass surgery were examined with pulsed doppler echocardiography before and after operation. The ratio peak E/peak A velocities of mitral valve was measured to assess the changes of their left ventricular diastolic filling.A pairs t test with computer was used for statistical comparisons between these patients before and after operation. The results show that left ventricular diastolic filling improved significantly after aortocoronary bypass. This study suggests that in CAD patients, whose age<60 years, LVEF>50%. without prior myocardial infarction, without hypertension, non hyperlipidemics, non smokers, their left ventricular diastolic fillings improve much better than the others after bypass.
