艾滋病病毒抗体室内质控血清制备及应用评价

目的：制备HIV抗体检测的外部质控血清及对其应用进行评价,以保证艾滋病筛查实验室的检测质量。方法：用HIV抗体阴性血清稀释试剂盒内阳性对照方法制备成弱阳性血清作为室内质控血清,并采用不同厂家、不同批号的诊断试剂对其进行检测。结果：采用112稀释的质控血清经过半年稳定性评价,检测结果较稳定,变异系数〈20%。结论：自制弱阳性质控血清可用于HIV筛查实验室的室内质量控制。

Appraisal of the Usefulness of a Self-Prepared Serum Specimen for Internal Quality Control of Detection of Anti-HIV

Objective To prepare the external quality control reference serum specimen for anti-HIV detection and evaluate its clinical usefulness for ensuring the quality of AIDS screen.Methods Weakly positive anti-HIV serum specimens served as in ternal control standard were prepared by diluting the positive control with anti-HIV negative serum and were tested with diagnostic reagents from different manufacturers.Results The self-made anti-HIV quality control reference at the dilution of 1：12 showed stable result with CV20% after half a year.Conclusion It is feasible to prepare self-made,weakly positive anti-HIV quality control reference for laboratory screening of HIV to ensure internal quality control.
