| 摘 要： | 目的考察国内不同厂家苯磺酸氨氯地平口服制剂的体外溶出度情况。方法采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为237nm,测定不同厂家的8个品种的体外溶出度。结果苯磺酸氨氯地平浓度线性范围是0.540～15.107μg·mL^-1（γ=0.9997）,平均加样回收率为98.6%～99.5%和98.3%～99.1%（RSD=0.6%～4.0%和0.8%～1.1%）,各个品种的溶出度都大于80%。结论不同厂家苯磺酸氨氯地平口服制剂溶出度都符合要求。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the dissolulion in vitro of different oral amlodipine besylate products of China.METHODS With the UV spectrophotoretric method and in wavelength 237nm,we detected the dissolution degree of 8 amlodipine besylate products of different pharmaceutical factories.RESULTS Amlodipine besylate had linear better in the range between 0.540～15.107μg·mL^-1（γ=0.9997）.The recovery rate was 98.6%～99.5% and 98.3%～99.1%（RSD=0.6%～4.0% and 0.8%～1.1%）.Every dissolution degree of all products was over 80%.CONCLUSION The dissolution degree of 8 amlodipine besylate products reached the standard but the dissolution unitormil was different significantly. |
