摘    要:正电子发射体层摄影(PET)是一种可以证实肿瘤生化和生理改变的新的影像诊断技术,采用^18F脱氧葡萄糖(^18F-DG)的PET明显提高了肿瘤影像诊断的正确性。PET在肿瘤初步分期、复发性肿瘤的处理以及对治疗效果的监测等方面已被广泛接受。PET与常规影像诊断方式不同,在用^18F-DG的PET中,肿瘤对^18F-DG的摄取与各种肿瘤细胞的代谢率有关,故^18F-DG的PET诊断主要根据肿瘤代谢的改变而作出,^18F-DG PET在大多数恶性肿瘤中的高敏感性和高阴性预测值使该项技术在对肿瘤处理、分期和随访中有较大价值。

Abstract:Positron emission tomography(PET) is a diagnostic imaging technique for the identification of biochemical and physiologic alterations in tumors. Use of PET performed with 18-fluoro-2-deoxy-2-fluor-D-glucose (FDG) may significantly improve the accuracy of tumor imaging. FDG PET based on identification of fundamental aspects of tumor metabolism has gained widespread acceptance in the initial staging of cancer,cancer recurrence, and monitoring the response to therapy. FDG uptake is proportional to the increasing metabolic rate of glucose demanding of tumor cell. The high sensitivity and high negative predictive value of FDG PET in most of malignant tumors enable this technique to play a greater role in guiding the tumor management at initial staging and follow-up.
