硬化型颜面巨大血管瘤功能切除的疗效评价

目的研究2002年来在我院口腔外科收治的硬化型面部巨大血管瘤患者47例,接受功能性手术治疗效果评价。方法功能性手术的设计原则:不以完整切除病变为准,而是设法保存和恢复畸形重要器官,以外形改善为主的肿瘤局部切除为原则。成人病例接受病损器官整个病变修形和复位术为主;婴幼儿切除病变则预留10%的发育量;一些重要或皮肤影响较轻的病例则进行潜行切除。结果患者方认为达到满意和明显改善的有40例(占85.11%);器官再塑后的不足情况有:位移、厚度与健侧差异、疤痕增生、细节丧失等,再次手术倾向患者占42.6%。结论这种功能性手术可以最大限度挽救患者的颜面畸形,为血管瘤手术最佳时机的选择提供另一思路。

Clinical evaluate therapeutic effect of functional excision of sclerosis huge maxillofacial hemangiomas

Objective In order to study the clinical efficiency of functional excision of vascular sclerosis huge maxillofacial hemangiomas.Methods 47 patients ,average age 34.5,with vascular sclerosis huge maxillofacial hemangiomas,received functional excision procedure.The functional excision is done following vascular sclerosis agent injection.Results There was significant effect in 85.11% patients,and only 42.6% patients want another operation for an excellent result.Conclusion The new method in treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma has an important significance to improve the clinical effect,and maintain the local function.
