| 摘 要： | 应用颅面联合入 切除侵犯前颅底鼻腔，鼻窦恶性肿瘤术。方法：手术根据肿瘤术。方法：手术根据肿瘤原发部位、大小及周围侵犯 程度进行分型。硬脑膜及前颅底骨缺损，使用带蒂帽状腱膜骨膜瓣及颞肌骨膜瓣进行修补。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore en bloc excision of anterior skull base malignance through craniofacial approach.Methods:21 cases underwent the excision within the past 5 years.3 types of operation were performed according to the location,size and invaded extent of the malignance.In the procedure for the resection of anterior skull base and medical orbital wall,pericranial flap was applied to skull base,orbital contents and part of maxilla which was mended with free tissue transfer.In the procedure for the reconstruction of anterior skull base,orbital contents,maxilla and palate,free tissue transfer and bones were used.Results:In all the 21 cases,the method produced a wider field during the operation,an easy access to reconstruction material,and no serious complications.Conclusion:En bloc excision is a desirable method for anterior skull base malignance. |
