牙列拥挤的调查研究

目的　研究牙拥挤的发生率及对个体的影响。方法　选择不同区域的在校中、小学生 1 2 4 3名作为调查对象 ,对其牙、颌形态和口腔卫生状况进行综合调查及统计评估。结果　青少年的牙列拥挤发生率为 2 8.9% ,此一结果无性别和城乡地域差别 (P >0 .0 5) ;牙列拥挤可导致上颌中线偏移、颜面“审美平面”改变 ,但它与口腔的卫生状况好坏没有直接联系 ;拥挤的出现与个体的口腔不良习惯有关。结论　牙列拥挤是青少年最常见的错合体征之一 ,也是寻求正畸治疗的常见原因

Research on Croweded Dentition

Objectiv To study the incitence rate of croweded dentition and influence to individual in population.Methods 1 243 pupils from 6 schools in different regiones were researched.Their teeth, occlusion, and mouth health was checked and evaluated statistically.Results Dentition croweded rate is 28.9%,and there is no sexual distinction and areas different on the incidence rate (P>0.05).Dentition croweded may be bring about deviation of midline and alteration of facial cosmetology phane.Dentition croweded was originated chiefly from harmful mouth habit.Conlusions Dentition croweded is one of the factors in malocclusion of young people and teenagers and is also a common cause seeking for orthodontics.
