摘    要:
本文从51例婴幼儿腹泻病人粪便中分离出26株人轮状病毒(HRV),阳性率达50.98%。同时用反向间接血凝、电镜直接镜检、HRV-RNA电泳分析等多种方法检测HRV。结果表明电镜直接镜检阳性率最高(77.84%),可用于临床检验。用反向间接血凝方法检测粪便中HRV抗原阳性率为56.90%,方法简单快速且可普及应用,对鉴别细菌性胃肠炎有重要意义。HRV-RNA电泳发现26株HRV中有一例为短型,余者为长型,说明在同一地区、同一时间内流行的HRV可能有抗原性或型的差异。

Abstract:
Twenty-six strains of HRV have been isolated from the feces of 51children with infantile diarrhia. The positive rate is 50.98%. The detectingmethods used here include reverse indirect hemagglutination, direct electronmicroscope examination and HRV-RNA electrophoretic analysis. The resultsshowed that the direct electron microscope examination took the highest positiverate (77.84%) and could be used clinically. Being simple and quick, thereverse indirect hemagglutination (56.9% ) is of importance in distinguishingfrom bacterial gastroenteritis. The finding of 1 short type and 25 long type ofthese 26 strains in HRV- RNA electrophoresis is probably due to the differenceof the type or the antigenicity of the HRV epidemic in the same area andwithin the same time.
