甲状腺功能减退性心脏病26例临床分析

目的总结甲状腺功能减退性心脏病的诊治经验。方法结合26例甲状腺功能减退性心脏病的临床表现、辅助检查、误诊情况、治疗及预后进行回顾性分析。结果甲状腺功能减退性心脏病临床表现除一般表现外，部分患者以心血管系统症状、体征为主，易误诊，治疗应予甲状腺素替代治疗为主。结论甲状腺功能减退性心脏病早期诊断极为重要。合理治疗其预后较好。

Clinical analysis of hypothyroid heart disease of 26 cases

[Objective] To summarize the cases of hypothyroid heart disease on diagnosis and treatment. [Methods] Retrospective analysis 26 patients of hypothyroid heart disease in clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, mistaken diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. [Results] The clinical manifestations of hypothyroid heart disease besides general hypothyroid clinical feature some patients appear signs and symptoms of cardiovascular system and might be as a main complaint. For those patients it was easy to misdiagnosis and should be given thyroid as replacement treatment. [Conclusion] It is very important for diagnosis hypothyroid heart disease at early stage. For those patents accept suitable treat the prognosis is much better.
