锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床康复护理

[目的]探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的术后护理及功能锻炼方法。[方法]应用锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位27例,术后在常规护理的基础上早期指导功能锻炼。[结果]27例均获随访,随访时间7个月～18个月,平均11个月。按照Lazzcano评价标准:优22例,良5例。[结论]锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位具有固定确切、操作简单、安全可靠、不损伤关节面等优点,同时早期功能锻炼最大限度地减少了并发症。

Clinical rehabilitation nursing of patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation treated with clavicular hook plate

Objective. To probe into postoperative nursing and functional exercise method of Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation patients treated with clavicular hook plate. Methods：The early guidance of functional exercise was given to 27 cases of patients with acromioclavicular dislocation treated with clavicular hook plate on the basis of routine postoperative care. Results：All 27 cases were followed up for 7 months to 18 months,an average of 11 months. According to the evaluation criteria Lazzcano：excellent in 22 cases,good in 5 cases. Conclusion：clavicular hook plate treatment for Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation patients has some advantages ineluding fixed precise, simple operation, safe and reliable, no damage to the articular surface,at the same time, early functional exercise minimize complications.
