| 摘 要： | 目的：评价剖腹术中纤维内镜的应用价值；方法：对31例剖腹术中不明确肠道病灶部位的患者介入纤维内镜寻找；结果：31例均检查成功，顺利找到病灶；结论：剖腹中不能明确肠道病灶部位时，应用纤维内镜寻找准确有效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the application of gastrointestinal endoscopy in laparotomy.Method:The gastrointestinal endoscopy were applied to diagnosis the ill-defined gastrointestinal diseases in 31 cases performing laparotomy.Result:Adenocarcinoma, polyposis and angioma that did not be found before operation existed in abdomen of the patients.Conclusion:Gastrointestinal endoscopy is useful to diagnosis ill-defined gastrointestinal disease in laparotomy. |
