摘    要:
临床教学是医学人才培养的关键环节,面时临床医学的发展和新的医学模式对医学教育提出的巨大挑战,为更好完成国家教育部提出的具有中国特色社会主义医学教育体系、办好人民满意的医学教育的目标。依托于哈尔滨医科大学特色办学理念进行教学改革,文章围绕强化人才培养目标、构建一体化培养模式、优化整合教学资源和设计职业素养培养体系四个方面进行实践探索,取得较满意的实践效果。

Abstract:
Clinical teaching is a key link in the process of medical personnel training. Faced with the development of clinical medicine and the great challenge of new medical model of medical education, for better to complete the socialist medical education system with Chinese charac- teristics put forward by National Ministry of Education, for doing a good job in people's satidaction of medical education objectives, relying on teaching reform ideas with characteristics of running a school of Harbin Medical University, this paper probes into the four aspects: strengthen- ing talent training goal, cultivating integrated mode, optimizing the design of the integration of teaching resources and professional quality train- ing system four aspects and satisfactory practical results have been achieved.
