The influence of hypertensive disorder of pregnancy on pregnancy outcomes and related risk factors analysis

Objective To explore the influence of hypertensive disorder of pregnancy on pregnancy outcome and analyze its related risk factors,soasto provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods A retrospective study of 60 patients with hypertensive disorder of pregnancy and admitted to Yuyao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the case group,and 60 healthy pregnant women who received routine prenatal examination during the same period were selected as the normal group.General characteristics,such as age,parity,miscarriage history and pregnancy outcomes of all subjects,were collected by a self-made questionnaire,the differences of pregnancy outcomes between the two groups were compared and the risk factors of hypertensive disorder of pregnancy were analyzed.Results The incidences of low birth weight and fetal distress were all significantly lower than those in the control group(χ^2=3.927 and 4.277,respectively,both P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of perinatal death and neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(both P>0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that family history of hypertension,education level at or below primary school level,pre-pregnancy body mass index(BMI)greater that 24 kg/m^2 and bad mood during pregnancy were independent risk factors for hypertensive disorder of pregnancy[OR values and their 95%CI were 2.465(1.332-4.561),2.004(1.307-3.072),3.636(1.603-8.251)and 2.305(1.250-4.248),respectively,all P<0.05].Conclusion Hypertensive disorder of pregnancymight adversely affect the pregnancy outcomes,and family history of hypertension,education level,pre-pregnancy BMI and bad mood are independent risk factors for hypertensive disorder of pregnancy.
