Value analysis of electrocardiogram combined with clinical features in the diagnosis of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

Objective To observe the value of electrocardiogram combined with clinical features in the diagnosis of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 114 patients with suspected angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided into electrocardiogram group,feature group and comprehensive group according to different diagnosis methods,with 38 cases in each group.The electrocardiogram group performed electrocardiogram examination,the feature group performed clinical characteristic analysis,and the comprehensive group performed electrocardiogram examination combined with clinical feature analysis.All subjects underwent coronary angiography,and the diagnostic accuracy and satisfaction of the three groups were observed and compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of electrocardiogram group was 81.58%,which was 78.95%of clinical feature analysis and 100.00%of comprehensive group.The diagnostic accuracy of comprehensive group was higher than that of electrocardiogram group and feature group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of comprehensive group was 97.37%,which was higher than 81.58%of electrocardiogram group and 78.95%of feature group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of electrocardiogram and clinical features can improve the diagnostic accuracy of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and it is recommended.
