耳穴表面物理特征与慢性心力衰竭的相关性

目的:分析耳穴表面物理特征变化和慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)的相关性,以期为中医耳穴诊治提供指导和依据。方法:55例CHF患者为研究组,选取同期就诊的50例既往无心血管病史患者为参照组,询问患者基本情况,并采集病史,观察两组受试者耳穴胸三角、心、耳中穴区压痛强度、血管、皮肤及形态的变化,并计算该区颜色差值,记录疼痛时四点口述分级评分(verbal rating scales,VRSs-4);对CHF患者行胸部DR检查,应用Pearson分析耳穴胸三角、心、耳中穴区表面物理特征变化和CHF相关性。结果:研究组耳穴胸三角、心、耳中穴区颜色色差值为(89.25±10.66)NBS,显著高于参照组的(31.65±4.30)NBS,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组耳穴胸三角、心、耳中穴区血管、皮肤、形态学变化率及压痛强度均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过分析,耳穴胸三角、心、耳中穴区表面物理特征变化与CHF存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论:CHF患者的耳穴胸三角、心、耳中穴区表面物理特征有不同程度变化,与CHF存在相关性。

Correlation Between Physical Characteristic Appearance of Auricular Point Surface and Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To analyze the correlation between the changes of the physical characteristic appearance of auricular point surface and chronic heart failure(CHF),and to provide guidance and basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the auricular points application.Methods:55 cases with CHF were selected as the observation group,and 50 cases with no history of cardiovascular disease who visited the hospital during the same period were set up as the control group.The basic conditions and medical history of the patients were collected.Observe the changes in the intensity of tenderness,morphological changes of vessels and skin of the Ear-Chest points triangle,precordial skin and ear center points,and the chromatic difference of the area was calculated.Four-point verbal rating scales(VRSs-4)of pain were collected;after the chest DR examination for CHF patients,using the Pearson method to analyze the correlation between CHF and the surface changes of the physical characteristic appearance of the Ear-Chest points Triangle,precordial skin and ear center points.Results:The chromatic difference of the Ear-Chest points triangle,precordial skin and ear center points was(89.25±10.66)NBS in observation is significantly higher than that of the control group(31.65±4.30)NBS,there was statistical significance between them(P<0.05).On the intensity of tenderness,morphological changes of vessels and skin of the Ear-Chest points triangle,precordial skin and ear center points,the observation group also significantly higher than the control group,there existed statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).By analyzing the fact,the intensity of tenderness,morphological changes of vessels and skin of the Ear-Chest points triangle,precordial skin and ear center points is related to CHF(P<0.05).Conclusion:The characteristic changes of the appearance of the Ear-Chest points triangle,precordial skin and ear center points exists.and do correlate with CHF.
