| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨妇女的生活方式、膳食、叶酸与宫颈癌的关系.方法 选择病理确诊的宫颈癌患者118例（宫颈癌组）和同期在我院治疗的其他已婚妇科病患者1048例（对照组）,调查两组宫颈癌的相关危险因素,分析其生活方式、膳食习惯、叶酸等与宫颈癌的相关性.结果 被动吸烟、孕产次多、被动吸烟时间长、吸烟是宫颈癌的危险因素（P＜0.01）.饮茶、水果摄入频次多、血清叶酸水平高是宫颈癌的保护因素（P＜0.01）.结论 饮茶、水果的摄入是宫颈癌的保护因素,而吸烟、被动吸烟、孕产次多等是宫颈癌的危险因素. |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the correlation of life style, dietary, serum folic acid level with cervical cancer. Methods A total of 118 cases with cervical cancer were selected as cervical cancer group, and 1048 cases with other gynecological diseases were selected as control group. Related risk factors were observed and correlation of life style, dietary, serum folic acid level with cervical cancer were analyzed. Results Passive smoking, pregnancy and birth times more, long time of passive smoking, smoking were risk factors of cervical cancer （P〈0.01）. Drinking tea, fruits, high level of serum folic acid were protect factors （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Drinking tea, fruits, high level of serum folic acid are protect factors of cervical cancer, and passive smoking, pregnancy and birth times, long time of passive smoking, smoking are risk factors. |
