| 摘 要： | 目的探究个性化护理干预措施在晚期肝癌患者优质护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院外科及外院相关科室于2012年1~12月收治的98例晚期肝癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各49例,比较两组患者癌性疼痛、焦虑抑郁情绪和患者护理满意度。结果干预2周后,观察组患者的SAS评分明显低于对照组(42.55±3.56)vs(48.95±3.42),P<0.05],观察组患者的SDS评分明显低于对照组(41.29±3.40)vs(47.96±3.45),P<0.05]。观察组患者的Anderson癌症中心编制的症状主体表症状严重均分明显低于对照组(3.12±1.02)vs(4.27±1.06),P<0.05)]。观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(100.00%vs 87.76%,P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预措施能够优化晚期肝癌患者护理质量,能够改善患者负性情绪,缓解患者的临床症状,提高患者护理满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application effect on the advanced liver cancer patients in high quality nursing by personalized nursing intervention measures. Methods Ninety-eight advanced liver cancer patients who were treated in the surgical department of our hospital and its outer court relevant departments from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected as the research object, forty-nine advanced liver cancer patients were randomly selected from car- rying out before and after high quality nursing care,they were the control group and the observation group,respectively. The cancer pain, anxiety, depression and patient nursing satisfaction of two groups patients were compared. Results Af- ter two weeks intervention,the anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group （42.55±3.56）vs （48.95±3.42）,P〈0.05],the depression scores of the observation group were lower than that of the con- trol group （41.29±3.40） vs （47.96±3.45）,P〈O.05. The scores of serious split symptoms entity list maded by anderson cancer center in the observation group were lower than that of the control group （3.12±1.02）vs （4.27±1.06）,P〈0.05）. Patients satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that of the control group （100.00% vs 87.76% ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Carrying out the ersonalized nursing intervention measures can optimize the nursing quality of the ad- vanced liver cancer patients,it can reduce negative emotions,relieve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and improve pa- tient care satisfaction |
